About this role We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious Junior Product Manager to join our Courier Financial Services team within the Fintech pillar. In this position, you'll play a supportive role in shaping our Courier Payouts products by learning to organize and maintain the product backlog and drive high-quality execution from concept to launch by closely collaborating with engineering and design. Your focus will be on understanding our global couriers needs through data and research and help to identify opportunities, ensuring our payment products maintain a strong competitive edge in diverse international markets. We emphasize a customer-centric approach driven by our values: lead, deliver, care. This role is vital for building and scaling sophisticated courier payment solutions, directly impacting our global growth and market leadership through seamless, compliant services. Requirements

• Foundational experience in product management.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of key metrics, and how to leverage quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
• Comfortable in collaborating with engineers and designers to understand our and improve our products.
• Solid grasp of Agile basics and are focused on helping the team deliver value at a steady pace.
• Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude, structured thinking, and a curious, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work across teams to keep everyone in the loop.
• A genuine passion for the user experience and ensure that empathy for the user is at the heart of every feature you help build.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product leads and stakeholders to understand our vision and translate it into a clear, prioritized list of tasks that deliver real value to our couriers.
• Work side-by-side with Engineering, Design, and QA to move ideas through the product development cycle, ensuring what we launch is high-quality and works as intended.
• Help define and monitor the metrics that matter and identify opportunities to improve product performance through data exploration.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture, helping the team move fast and stay efficient
• Keep an eye on Fintech trends to help the team identify fresh opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
