About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Junior Plan Document Analyst to join the team! This position is to prepare you to become a Plan Document Analyst, teaching you how to perform proficiently in order to deliver a high level of service, quality and production, and prepares you with a comprehensive understanding of the plan document(s) under their scope of responsibility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong working understanding of Third-Party Administration
  • Working knowledge of ERISA, ACA and other employee benefit regulations
  • Working knowledge of computers and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient mathematical, 10-key and typing skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to remain neutral and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Plan Document Specialists in the preparation or auditing of the Plan Document.
  • Acts as a liaison between other departments, vendors and clients to ensure collaborative progress toward desired state.
  • Demonstrates strategic business acumen in making decisions to affect bottom line focus.
  • Develop, generate, trend and deliver reports accurately and timely
  • Assists in first line troubleshooting for technical issues.
  • Actively facilitates/participates in committee meetings as assigned.
  • Supports Account Management and the Plan Document Specialists in Customer meetings.
  • Provides timely and thorough follow-up with internal and external customers.
  • Acts as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery.
  • Attends and participates in committee meetings and training sessions.
  • Performs self-quality monitoring in order to develop and execute plans to meet established goals.
  • Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance.
  • Collaborates with staff and cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures.
