We are searching for the best talent for Plan Analyst. The Plan Analyst role resides within the Supply Chain Planning Excellence team. The Senior Analyst, Reporting and Analytics is responsible for the development and execution of enhanced reporting and analytic capabilities across the organization. Ensure continuous improvement and bring best in class technology solutions to support flawless execution. The lead ensures that both the regional and global plan community has effective key performance indicators and dashboards to drive the company's performance.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive workflows and dashboards.
  • Participate in process capability assessments providing key insights and robust business solutions.
  • Identify, activate, and leverage opportunities across other franchises within Johnson & Johnson for key reporting needs.
  • Support the development of the future technology roadmap and assess opportunities to drive efficiencies (for example, consolidation of platforms, embracing new technologies, self-serve platforms).
  • Ensure business adoption of new metrics and standards.
  • Partner with IT and other segments to develop business solutions that improve visualization and virtualization capabilities of metrics and processes.
  • Drive continuous capability improvement. This includes continuous process improvement, benchmarking with internal and external business to identify and implement standard processes.
  • Develop analytics solutions for deployment by global process owners.
  • Develop new analytics capabilities (e.g., OMP / sophisticated planning system reporting).
  • Perform analytical assessments to describe cause and effect relationships, assess trends, and identify outliers for regional metrics.
  • Define and implement the strategy for improvements of current platforms (Tableau, Alteryx, MS Access), existing business intelligence solutions, and data models / infrastructure.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Focus in Computer Science, Analytics, AI or equivalent Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience efficiently implementing change across an organization.
  • Experience working with a global and multi-functional team in a highly matrix environment.
  • Experience working with data acquisition platforms, ETL, and visualization (EDG/EDL, Azure Data Bricks, Power BI, SAP HANA, Alteryx, Qlik, Tableau, Phyton, PySpark, SAS, R, SQL, Teradata).
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access.
  • Good communication and visualization skills with the ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels in the organization.
  • End-to-end Supply Chain knowledge and how metrics produce results.
  • Professional experience in Supply Chain Planning systems (for example, OMP) & ERP systems (SAP) with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes.
  • Ability to effectively lead projects, multiple priorities, and timelines.
  • Lean/6 Sigma/FPX or equivalent certifications is preferred.
  • APICS certification is preferred.
  • Other certifications in areas of expertise desirable.
