Ibility is looking for a Junior Organizational Change Management Consultant with knowledge and experience with change management solutions to address the human factors affecting a large federal agency’s ability to reach its strategic objectives. This role involves applying tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment. Travel requirement: Selected candidates must be able to travel infrequently across the continental USA. No travel is planned at this time, but should travel be scheduled, each site visit would be approximately 3 days long.
