About The Position

The Junior NetSuite Administrator supports the daily administration, maintenance, and overall functionality of the NetSuite platform. This role works closely with internal users and the Development team to ensure accurate data, resolve system issues, and support ongoing system-related initiatives. The position plays a key role in maintaining system efficiency by assisting with user support, data management, and basic configuration within NetSuite.

Understanding of programming or software systems
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

Nice To Haves

Relevant coursework, internships, or project experience in programming, systems, or data is a plus
Exposure to ERP systems or business applications is preferred

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day NetSuite administrative functions including data maintenance, record updates, and system configuration
Serve as a first point of contact for internal users by troubleshooting issues and answering NetSuite-related questions
Assist with user setup, roles, and permissions within the system
Maintain data integrity through regular audits, updates, and clean-up efforts
Partner with team members to support system enhancements, projects, and process improvements
Assist in testing system changes, enhancements, and new functionality
Troubleshoot and help resolve issues related to workflows, automations, scripts, and integrations
Document processes, configurations, and common support solutions
Collaborate with team members to translate business needs into system-related solutions
