About The Position

Edgemine is a leading women’s fashion company based in Los Angeles, designing and manufacturing contemporary apparel for major retailers and brands. With a global production network and multiple brands under our umbrella, we operate at the intersection of creativity and operational excellence. We are currently in the midst of a NetSuite ERP implementation and are looking for a NetSuite Systems Administrator who will serve as our NetSuite expert, successfully help us in our current implementation, help drive adoption, improve processes, and serve as an internal bridge between our teams and our external implementation partners. You will partner closely with operations, finance, production, and sales teams to ensure NetSuite supports our business processes effectively. This role is 100% in-office in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills and excels in cross-cultural and cross-functional communication, and possesses the agility required to translate business processes into operational workflows that help teams use systems more effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, organized, and proactive about follow-ups while keeping track of competing priorities. You will conduct discovery interviews across diverse teams, document workflows, coordinate with external partners, and help move projects forward. This position will report directly to company leadership and will play a key role in improving internal systems and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of direct experience successfully implementing and managing NetSuite within a physical product environment. Experience in the apparel or accessories industry is preferred; alternatively, candidates with exceptional adaptability who can master the unique operational nuances of the apparel industry are welcome to apply.
  • Ownership of comprehensive process documentation and organizational workflows, underpinned by strong project management skills to provide persistent follow-up to ensure successful delivery.
  • Proven ability to map current business needs to system requirements with a focus on future-proofing operations and proactive long-term planning.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional agility when working with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with third-party integrations (EDI, WMS, eCommerce platforms) and managing system requests or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support our current NetSuite implementation process including testing, troubleshooting, user adoption and the configuration of saved searches, reports, dashboards, and forms to support internal teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive operational discovery interviews across diverse departments, from warehouse logistics to design teams, to identify workflow efficiencies. Remain flexible and adaptable while working with different departments.
  • Document complex business processes and translate them into clear technical system requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact between Edgemine and external partners including our current Netsuite implementation partner, integration partners, and WMS partners.
  • This includes tracking open system requests, ensuring vendors follow through on deliverables, troubleshooting integration issues, and coordinating resolution with vendors.
  • Support day-to-day NetSuite administration including the creation and maintenance of saved searches, custom forms, and specialized reports/dashboards tailored to specific department needs.
  • Help maintain integrations with third-party platforms (EDI, WMS, Shopify, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system changes within SharePoint.
  • Support implementation and management of an internal tracking system (e.g., Asana or a dedicated ticketing platform) to organize and prioritize user requests and system bugs.
  • Facilitate internal training sessions and create onboarding materials for new users to ensure consistent system adoption and clear communication of changes across all cross-functional teams.
