We are looking for a Product Analyst who loves connecting data, business insights, and user behavior to guide strategic decisions and drive product growth. This role is ideal for someone who can see patterns in numbers, tell stories from data, and help shape products for millions of users worldwide. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for building user-facing products and exploring how they perform with broad, diverse audiences; loves technology: understands how REST APIs work, has a grasp of interservice communication, and ideally some background or enthusiasm for gaming; is curious and investigative: is able to build a complete picture from partial or hidden information, and translate technical findings into clear business insights; can communicate ideas clearly in English , both in writing and verbally, and enjoys using visuals (slides, diagrams, dashboards) to explain complex things simply; enjoys mapping and analyzing user journeys across B2B and B2C products to find optimization opportunities and friction points; thrives on data: measuring engagement, retention, and core product metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, and churn rate; is a team player, comfortable collaborating with humans, computers, and AI alike; can effectively work in a multicultural, multilingual team distributed across five continents and multiple time zones.
