About The Position

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior/Middle PPC Specialist to join our Contextual Advertising Team, which includes four dedicated professionals (PPC Specialists and a Team Lead). We work with large-scale advertising volumes across multiple traffic groups worldwide and manage significant budgets. In this role, you will participate in the planning, launching, and optimization of performance-driven PPC campaigns across web platforms targeting global regions, including Latin America, Asia, MENA, and more. You’ll join a strong, young in-house marketing team with well-established processes, collaborating closely with designers, analysts, and creative specialists to drive sustainable growth. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of commercial experience working with web paid advertising campaigns, primarily using Google Ads, and tracking performance with AppsFlyer/GA4. This is a full-time remote position (5/2) based in the EET/EEST time zone. Join us to scale high-impact advertising campaigns!

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of commercial experience working as a PPC Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (UAC, Search, Demand Gen, YouTube).
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics: CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV.
  • Experience with A/B testing of landing pages and creatives, including analysis of CR, CTR, CPM.
  • Good analytical skills and experience working with Appsflyer / Firebase (GA4).
  • Ability to work with data, draw conclusions, and translate insights into practical actions.
  • Proficiency in Russian (C1 level or higher).
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with iOS, Android, W2A campaigns.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ASA.
  • Experience in Fintech / Forex / Gamedev / iGaming.

Responsibilities

  • Create, support, and optimize PPC campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads (UAC, Search, Demand Gen, YouTube).
  • Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Work with core performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, understanding their impact on business results.
  • Participate in A/B testing of landing pages and creatives, analyzing CR, CTR, CPM to support data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare clear and structured performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with broader marketing and business goals.
