About The Position

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Associate to support our event marketing and fundraising campaigns. This entry-level marketing role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, brand promotions, community outreach, and donor engagement . As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will assist in the execution of live fundraising events, promotional campaigns, and community activations while developing essential skills in marketing strategy, campaign coordination, and leadership. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in face-to-face, public-facing environments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of live fundraising events and promotional campaigns
• Assist with donor and community outreach initiatives
• Represent nonprofit clients professionally at community events and activations
• Engage with event attendees to communicate campaign messaging and fundraising goals
• Track campaign performance metrics, event attendance, and donor engagement data
• Coordinate event logistics including setup, breakdown, and materials management
• Collaborate with Event Specialists and Team Leads to ensure campaign success
• Participate in ongoing marketing and leadership development training
