About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing team. You will support the planning and execution of live events and outreach initiatives that raise awareness and drive donations for charitable organizations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or in progress) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to travel locally for events and work flexible hours, including weekends

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events and fundraising campaigns
Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at live events, pop-ups, and community outreach programs
Engage with event attendees to communicate campaign goals and encourage donations or participation
Support promotional efforts, including distributing marketing materials and setting up event displays
Track campaign performance and collect feedback to improve future events
Collaborate with team members to meet marketing and fundraising targets
Maintain a positive and professional brand image at all times
