About The Position

We are actively seeking an outgoing, career-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Marketing Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, event management, and promotional campaigns while working directly with high-profile clients. Our events are highly successful, and we’re expanding our team to manage future campaigns. You will receive paid training to learn all aspects of event operations and marketing, preparing you for growth into executive roles overseeing client campaigns from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable working face-to-face with people
  • Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to travel locally to events
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

  • Represent the company and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm at events
