About The Position
Golub Capital’s Late Stage Lending team provides flexible debt that allows fast-growing software companies to expand without further equity dilution. We provide senior debt, subordinated debt and equity investments to companies undergoing rapid growth.
Requirements
- College student going into their Junior or Sophomore year with an interest in business or finance
- Should be available to start immediately, with a commitment of 10 – 15 hours per week throughout the spring semester.
- Candidate should also have interest in working throughout the summer with an expectation of 40 hours per week.
- Candidates must be organized, detail driven, process orientated and display strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Prior financial services experience preferred but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Research potential companies, conferences and target geographies
- Help maintain the LSL Team’s CRM (e.g., organizing, entering new companies and maintaining integrity)
- Actively reach out to earlier stage software companies to help originate new opportunities for the LSL Team
- Various marketing projects
