About The Role: As a Junior Lead Generation Account Manager, you’ll help connect affiliate partners with lead buyers across the mortgage, real estate, and home services industries. In this role, you’ll support the technical setup of client accounts within our lead routing platform and ensure everything runs smoothly while meeting strict quality and compliance standards. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to manage campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day communication with clients and affiliate partners to support and maintain their accounts within the lead routing platform.
  • Assisting with the technical setup and configuration of client accounts to ensure campaigns launch and run successfully.
  • Collaborating with teams across accounts receivable, technology, creative, sales, and marketing to manage and optimize campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results and efficiency.
  • Attending client meetings as needed to provide updates, support, and guidance.
  • Helping ensure campaigns meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Contributing to a strong team culture by pitching in wherever needed.
