The Junior IT Admin Intern will join the dynamic IT team, reporting to the Manager of IT Operations. This role involves supporting employees and maintaining the technology infrastructure. The position is temporary with the potential to transition to a regular full-time role based on performance and business needs. The intern will gain hands-on experience with exciting projects, build and improve solutions, and contribute to the future of the company’s technology.

• Organized and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Basic experience or familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, or DHCP
• Basic experience or familiarity with Microsoft SQL, VMware, or Citrix
• Basic experience or familiarity with PowerShell, Linux, or command-line tools
• Basic experience or familiarity with Networking concepts or Cisco hardware

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and systems
• Assist in managing Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Citrix environments
• Support and maintain laptops, desktops, Wyse terminals, printers, and other IT equipment
• Contribute to IT projects, including deploying new solutions and enhancing existing systems
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills and share knowledge with the team
