About The Position

Medix Infusion is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Admin Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. As a System IT Admin, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of our computer systems and servers. You will also be involved in the installation of hardware and software and participate in research and development to continuously improve and meet the IT business needs of our organization. Medix Infusion is a technology-driven healthcare platform enhancing patient care and access to infusion therapies, specializing in disease management and infusion pharmacy services for chronic and acutely ill patients, especially in underserved communities. We offer personalized home and in-suite infusion therapies, ensuring convenience and comfort. Our expert team provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including anti-infectives, biologics, IVIG, and other injectables, making each patient’s journey as smooth as possible.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of IT experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and have good communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain accurate and timely reports.
  • Strong team player with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Managed Service Providers or multi-site offices, demonstrating the ability to offer remote support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and manage APIs, establishing and maintaining connections based on past job experience.
  • Lead multi-site rollouts of projects or systems, offering support and guidance to staff throughout the process.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new system implementations, documenting procedures, and training the IT team to ensure smooth transitions and effective support.
