We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Inside Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Marketing team. Position Summary The Junior Inside Sales Administrator will support the Inside Sales department by learning and executing key sales operations in partnership with a Senior Inside Sales Administrator. This role offers a clear path for growth into an independent Inside Sales Administrator position and beyond.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail in writing and editing
U.S. Person is required due to the nature of the work

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Office Administration (preferred but not required)
Associate or bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and contribute positively to a team environment
Willingness to travel to Bothell, WA, for initial training and occasional follow-up visits

Responsibilities

Prepare standard and complex quotations in collaboration with Technical Regional Sales Managers
Review and interpret contract terms, conditions, and quality clauses, seeking guidance when necessary
Process orders, end-use statements, and perform related data entry tasks
Utilize Contract Relationship Management (CRM) software extensively
Serve as a liaison between the Inside Sales team in Bothell, WA and the Logistics team in Blacksburg, VA
