About the role: Westinghouse is recruiting Junior Health Physics Technicians to work at different Nuclear Power Plants within the Unites States. Provide Radiation Protection coverage and oversight for power-plant activates. In addition to providing job coverage, certain routine tasks may be assigned determined by individual certifications, qualifications, and skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Workers must train following applicable local, state, and federal OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
- Satisfy all requirements required to obtain a Level II Nuclear Access Badge
- Meet all applicable requirements to maintain unescorted access
Responsibilities
- Provide Radiation Protection coverage and oversight as required for power-plant activates.

- Help with ALARA planning
- Help with decontamination activities
