About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team! In this role, you’ll support internal and external marketing initiatives by creating engaging visual content across print and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with senior designers, the art director, and cross-functional partners to bring creative concepts to life while learning, growing, and refining your craft in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required)
  • Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and constructive criticism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to sketch, storyboard, or visually communicate ideas
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace’
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe XD, Adobe Dimension, After Effects, or motion/interactive design tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external marketing initiatives through compelling visual design
  • Translate project goals, audience needs, and brand standards into effective creative solutions
  • Design a variety of assets including flyers, brochures, posters, presentations, PDFs, illustrations, logos, and digital content
  • Apply strong design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and composition
  • Develop creative concepts, drafts, and final designs, presenting ideas when appropriate
  • Collaborate with designers, managers, and stakeholders through reviews and team projects
  • Communicate with field teams and internal partners to deliver materials for review and distribution
  • Incorporate feedback constructively to refine designs and strengthen skills
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions across departments to support marketing initiatives
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Assist with pre-production planning, file organization, and asset management
