About The Position

Reporting to the Principal, the Junior Financial Analyst will provide daily support of company workflows, client requests, maintain digital filing systems, perform data entry, reconciliation and analysis, through a variety of mediums. This position is an entry-level role, with growth opportunities for the ideal candidate that wants to learn and develop his/her career.

Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of experience within a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite of products
  • Experience with the Google suite of products
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to learn new software applications and ERP systems quickly
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exemplary time management, organizational, problem-solving, attention to detail, high level of accuracy, multi-tasking, critical thinking and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively alone and within a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with multiple ERP systems, preferred
  • Previous coaching, leadership, or business owner experience, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize and analyze financial data in support of company workflows
  • Handle client inquiries and manage project workflows
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Prepare presentations and ad-hoc reports of management review
  • Perform accurate data entry and financial audits/analysis
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling and meetings
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online and ERP systems for data entry, reconciliation and analysis
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel for month-end tasks and data insights
