About The Position

Bottomless Promotion is seeking an organized and proactive Junior Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating in-person events and promotional campaigns.
  • Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics.
  • Communicate schedules, responsibilities, and updates to team members.
  • Coordinate materials, supplies, and event timelines.
  • Assist with tracking event performance and gathering attendee feedback.
  • Support supervisors with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
