About The Position

Trinity Partners is a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with offices in Atlanta, Columbia, Greenville, and Raleigh. Our Charlotte office is hiring an Event Coordinator for our tenant experience and event planning program, Bloom. We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who has a passion for turning mundane moments into magic. The Bloom Event Coordinator will work directly with the Bloom Director to provide the highest level of hospitality to our clients and tenants.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' Event Management or Hospitality experience required.
  • Minimum requirement: Associate's degree.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of social media platforms/trends with the ability to generate content quickly.
  • General understanding of the Charlotte market-you know the difference between SouthPark and NoDa.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for managing client and vendor relationships.
  • High level of professionalism, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • You have read the book Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara.
  • Ability to work reasonably, flexible hours, including intermittent evenings and weekends, as needed for event execution.
  • Must be able to bend, stand, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Research new vendors and local retailers for future events & deliverables
  • Update and maintain vendor database.
  • Procure materials for events, deliverables, meetings, etc.
  • Set up and manage / or assist with weekly event support.
  • Schedule weekly Bloom email reminders (tenants, vendors, management teams)
  • Manage [email protected] email account & update Bloom property distribution lists.
  • Communicate with vendors on access, COIs, and general set-up and breakdown for property events.
  • Maintain proactive tenant communication and build more intentional tenant relationships (expanded program focus)
  • Concept programming ideas for Bloom properties and collaborate on creative prospective client outreach ideas.
  • Keep up with new-to-market businesses in the Charlotte Metro region.
  • Develop content and communicate with the design team for Bloom event signage.
  • Responsible for Bloom social media management, planning, and content generation (Bloom IG & LinkedIn)
  • Ability to put your dishes in the dishwasher and not leave old food in the company fridge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
