Your work environment at EXP In this role, you will be a part of the Engineering Project Management team , of the Energy Services Sector , based in our Tallahassee, Florida or office. What a day at EXP has in store for you In a project environment, support client or stakeholder project requirements. Respond to requests in a timely manner. Become active within the project team and gain an understanding of project requirements and team member roles. Develop and maintain a professional rapport with client and project team members. The ability to review engineering documents such as maps and drawings Help prepare written plans, reports, or procedures to address specific project needs. Develop sound solutions to problems or issues that arise during project execution. Ability to problem solve and complete tasks with minimal oversight. Willingness to travel and gain experience working in the field as opportunities arise. Skills to Develop Ability to read and interpret regulatory codes and industry standards (PHMSA, FERC, ASME, ANSI, etc.) Knowledge of computer applications and functions, including CAD and GI applications. The ability to review project work, quantities, costs, accuracy of specifications, completeness, and constructability. The ability to meet project deadlines. The ability to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal to moderate supervision. The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including advanced technical writing abilities. The ability to maintain and establish effective working relationships. The ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. The ability to compile, review and reconcile data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The ability to perform work accurately in a detail-oriented environment. Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, procedures, correspondences, and other written materials. Ability work in a team environment What your experience looks like Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil or Mechanical preferred) EIT preferred Good analytical and computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Good writing skills Ability to travel as needed
