About The Position

As a Junior Creative Strategist, you’ll support the execution of high-performing, direct-response video ads across TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms. Working directly under the Video Strategist/Producer, your role focuses on turning strategic direction into clear briefs, strong scripts, and smooth production workflows. You’ll be responsible for coordinating creators and editors, drafting first-pass creative materials, organizing assets, and ensuring revisions are handled efficiently, ultimately helping scale video output while maintaining creative quality.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Reels, and short-form content trends
  • Ability to write compelling scripts for paid social
  • Understanding of UGC-style content and creator collaboration
  • Knowledge of paid social ad creative best practices
  • Confidence performing first-pass quality checks on video assets
  • Excellent communicator — proactive, honest, and collaborative
  • Highly organized and efficient with project timelines
  • Able to manage multiple creators and deliverables simultaneously
  • Creative problem-solver capable of ideating repeatedly across several clients
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Drafting first versions of creative briefs based on high-level direction
  • Writing direct-response scripts for UGC creators using provided strategy guidance
  • Assisting with concept development informed by strategic insights
  • Sourcing and communicating with UGC creators
  • Ensuring creators follow briefs and submit complete, high-quality footage
  • Providing first-pass QC checks for accuracy and completeness
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely handoffs
  • Uploading and organizing footage and deliverables
  • Tracking asset status (e.g., under review, in revision, approved)
