This position focuses on drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, conducting legal research, assisting with compliance and litigation matters, and supporting general legal operations. Its an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or early-career attorney to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international business environment.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a corporate or law firm environment
- Strong legal research, drafting, and organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and/or LL.M. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Nice To Haves
- Spanish or Portuguese a plus
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including marketing, distribution, vendor, and confidentiality contracts
- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and commercial issues
- Assist with litigation and claims management, including coordination with outside counsel
- Support marketing and IP review to ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Maintain organized records and databases for contracts, legal documents, and departmental projects
- Provide other legal or administrative support as assigned
