About The Position

Fooda is looking for an entry-level Content Writer to join our marketing team and learn the craft of professional content writing in a real B2B environment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is an exceptional writer, academically strong, and eager to apply their skills to marketing, storytelling, and SEO. You’ll work closely with senior content leaders, receive hands-on feedback, and develop the fundamentals needed to grow into a high-impact marketing writer.

Requirements

  • 3.5+ GPA in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Clear evidence that you are a rigorous writer who values structure, clarity, grammar, and revision.
  • Coursework, internships, or projects focused on content writing for marketing.
  • Exposure to SEO fundamentals through classes, internships, certifications, or personal projects.
  • Writing samples that demonstrate strong thinking and clean execution (academic, internship, or personal work accepted).
  • Coachability and intellectual curiosity - you seek feedback and apply it quickly.
  • Interest in B2B marketing and how writing supports real business outcomes.
  • Enthusiasm for food, local restaurants, and the cultural role food plays at work.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Write B2B blog posts designed to drive search traffic, inform LLMs, and establish Fooda as a thought leader.
  • Learn keyword research, search intent, and on-page SEO best practices under the guidance of senior writers.
  • Support execution of the content calendar and deliver clean, thoughtful drafts on deadline.
  • Support the creation of customer stories and case studies that show Fooda’s impact through food and local restaurants.
  • Learn how to turn interviews, research, and internal input into clear, engaging marketing narratives.
  • Help carry forward Fooda’s authentic, restaurant-driven voice across all written content.
  • Draft copy for emails, landing pages, and campaign assets with guidance from the content team.
  • Assist with social content for channels like LinkedIn, adapting tone and structure by platform.
  • Learn how content performance is measured and interpret analytics to improve overall blog strategy and business goals.
