About The Position

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL People Management Responsibilities: No Role Type: Full-Time Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, The Junior Copywriter, on the Brand Expressions team is an early-career creative role focused on supporting the development of clear, engaging, on-brand copy across print, POS and digital channels including social, e-comm and email. This role helps bring brand strategy to life through scroll-stopping headlines, campaign support, and immersive descriptions designed to fuel joy and sales. Working closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Senior Copywriters, the Junior Copywriter will help ensure Alani’s voice is thematic, engaging, true to brand across consumer touchpoints. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented writer with strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a passion for brand-building to grow their craft within a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to develop their skills while contributing meaningfully to a bold, culturally relevant brand while connecting with our fans! Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of copywriting experience (internships, freelance, or entry-level roles accepted) in or out of education.
  • Strong writing fundamentals with attention to grammar, tone, and clarity
  • Interest in branding, marketing, and creative storytelling
  • Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
  • Ability to take direction and apply feedback thoughtfully
  • Organized, deadline-aware, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity or interest in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation or drafting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging copy for campaigns, packaging, POS, print, digital, and social channels
  • Support concept development with evergreen refinement, email campaigns, seasonal sales, etc.
  • Translate product benefits and creative briefs into aspirational, lifestyle-driven copy that connects and converts
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Senior Copywriters to support cohesive visual and verbal execution
  • Assist in tailoring messaging across SKUs to highlight key benefits, flavors, or formats
  • Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone consistency
  • Help maintain brand voice across all deliverables
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise copy as needed
  • Support legal copy reviews and cross-functional alignment to e-comm, social, shopper marketing, activations, etc.
  • Assist with global copy development and presentation materials when needed
  • Stay curious about cultural language and social media trends, competitor messaging and brand voice evolution
