Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–5 years accounting or finance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with policies
- Prepare account reconciliations and support audits
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights
