The Junior Contracts Administrator supports the full lifecycle of the contracting process—from acquisition planning through closeout—within delegated contracting authority. This role assists with the preparation, review, and administration of contracts for professional services, supplies, construction, and other procurement activities. Key responsibilities include assisting with solicitation preparation, source selection, contract awards, modifications, and record maintenance. The Junior Contracts Administrator helps ensure compliance with organizational policies and contracting regulations while learning to manage various contract types, including fixed-price and cost-reimbursable agreements. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
