About The Position

We are looking for a Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer who will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity within an organization. In this role you will focus on analyzing existing processes, recommending improvements, and driving initiatives that support operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field - though we will candidates with equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading improvement initiatives with measurable results.
  • Experience with change management and employee engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current manufacturing or business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on continuous improvement principles and best practices.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain—to implement process changes.
  • Monitor project progress, document results, and report findings to management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
