Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating communication between clients, team members, and event staff.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and attendees during events.
  • Support internal teams with documentation, schedules, and project updates.
  • Help prepare and organize event materials and communication logs.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share insights with supervisors.
  • Maintain organized records related to communications and event activities.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
