Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Communicate updates and follow-ups between departments and clients.
  • Maintain organized records and tracking systems for project communication.
  • Help the team respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Provide general administrative support to the communications and project management teams.
