About the Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Business / Program Engineer to support program management activities for Client engineering projects. This hybrid role combines technical understanding, business operations, communication, and project coordination. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, strong analytical skills (Excel), and the ability to translate technical details into clear actions and documentation. Knowledge of AI or data-driven tools is considered a strong plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, Systems, or similar).
  • Strong skills in Excel, documentation, and structured problem solving.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills—written, verbal, and cross‑functional.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience (internships/co‑ops welcome) in program management, engineering projects, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with Client development processes is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI, data analytics, or automation tools (Python, ML fundamentals, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience preparing technical documentation, flow charts, or requirements summaries.

Responsibilities

  • Support program and project management activities across engineering teams (timelines, deliverables, milestones).
  • Gather, interpret, and translate technical engineering details into business or project documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (engineering, quality, purchasing, suppliers).
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal and external teams.
  • Assist with risk tracking, issue logs, decision matrices, and follow-up actions.
  • Use Excel and other tools to analyze data, track KPIs, and maintain project files.
  • Support requirements tracking, engineering change documentation, and technical reviews.
  • Drive clarity and alignment between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
