About The Position
The Junior Business Analyst supports the Senior BA in functional tasks, including documentation, meeting minutes, and software testing.
Requirements
- Certification: Business Architect in Pega 7 (or newer).
- Certification: Product Owner in the SCRUM Agile methodology.
- At least six months to one year of experience in each of the following:
- Supporting environmental projects in the public sector.
- Supporting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
- Working with Atlassianâs JIRA Project Management Software.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with Client's Systems (NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Document meeting minutes during weekly status meetings.
- Provide functional support during Requirements Definition.
- Author Detailed Design documentation.
- Provide functional expertise during Development and Testing processes.
