About the Role: This position requires the individual to have a permanent remote office based within a 4-hour drive or 2-hour flight to the Oxford Atlanta HQ, and the ability to travel as needed (approx. 10%). The Junior Business Application Engineer is responsible for supporting business applications across the enterprise, including but not limited to ERP, SAP, WMS, and WME systems, as well as their related integrations. This role works closely with business users to understand operational processes, investigate and resolve issues, and ensure smooth application performance. The engineer will escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT resources when necessary, maintaining clear communication between IT and end users through to resolution. Additional responsibilities include coding, scripting, mapping, building, testing, debugging, maintaining, documenting, and assisting in the implementation of solutions designed by senior team members.
