About The Position

We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to help us improve how our business runs day-to-day by working at the intersection of operations, data, and technology. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and making a real impact on how a business operates—from the office to the field—this role is for you. You’ll play a hands-on role in improving how our teams operate by supporting systems, processes, and data across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable working with both office and field teams
  • Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, organization)
  • Power BI (or strong interest in learning)
  • PowerPoint (presenting insights clearly)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service/ERP platforms
  • Exposure to CRM or financial systems (Salesforce, Sage Intacct, etc.)
  • Experience with process mapping or workflow tools
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze & Improve Processes
  • Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Document and map business processes across service, install, sales, and accounting
  • Help implement improvements that make work faster, easier, and more accurate
  • Support Core Business Systems
  • Provide day-to-day support for platforms like ServiceTitan (preferred experience)
  • Troubleshoot user issues and help resolve system-related challenges
  • Assist with testing and rollout of new features and system updates
  • Work with Data & Reporting
  • Build and maintain reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Support KPI tracking and operational reporting for leadership
  • Perform data validation and cleanup to ensure accuracy across systems
  • Partner with Operations
  • Work closely with technicians, dispatchers, and managers to understand real-world challenges
  • Help ensure accurate setup and use of work orders, estimates, and invoices
  • Support improvements that enhance both employee and customer experience
  • Support Projects & Change Initiatives
  • Assist with system improvements, integrations, and process changes
  • Help track progress and support execution of key initiatives
  • Contribute to training and documentation for new processes
