Junior Business Analyst

We're seeking an entry-level Junior Business Analyst who is eager to break into the data space and contribute to our team. This role combines some data entry with opportunities to analyze and model data, offering a fantastic chance to grow and expand your data skills in a supportive environment. The position requires working from our Phoenix office at least 2-3 days per week.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Basic experience with Power BI for creating data visualizations (major plus) & Power Query
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Recent graduates or final-year students in fields such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of data modeling or SQL is advantageous but not required.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Perform some data entry to maintain accurate and reliable reporting.
- Create visualizations and reports using Power BI to support decision-making.
- Assist with basic data modeling and collaborate on SQL-based tasks if applicable.
- Support department managers with ad hoc data needs and reporting tasks.
