About The Position

The Junior Business Analyst is an entry-level to early-career role designed for individuals interested in building a foundation in business analysis and project management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Junior Business Analyst supports the Project Management Office by performing administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks that ensure projects are executed efficiently and transparently. This role focuses primarily on project and task administration, supporting project managers, maintaining project management systems, and facilitating effective communication across teams. The Junior BA will also assist with basic business analysis activities, documentation, and process support as they grow into the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for interacting with stakeholders and documentation in a professional manner.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Awareness of Business Analysis Concepts: Understanding what a Business Analyst does and willingness to learn techniques for gathering requirements, documenting processes, and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update tasks, timelines, and deliverables within the project management system
  • Assist Project Managers with administrative project tasks
  • Schedule project meetings and document meeting notes
  • Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Support workflow, process and procedural documentation
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, including test tracking and issue documentation
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries and dashboards
  • Maintain organized project, governance and compliance documentation in accordance to ePMO standards
