About The Position

We’re looking for a Junior Integrated Marketing Specialist - Sports Focus to join our dynamic marketing team and help drive brand engagement through both sports and fintech marketing initiatives. This role offers a rare opportunity to combine sports passion with creative marketing strategy, supporting our moomoo x New York Mets partnership and broader brand campaigns that connect fans, investors, and the wider public. You’ll play a key role in executing co-branded activations, managing content production, and analyzing campaign impact — while collaborating across marketing, design, and business teams. This role must be based on the office location specified in the job description, in line with our in-office work philosophy. Remote work is not available for this position. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in sports, fintech, or consumer marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with creative thinking ability.
  • Comfortable multitasking and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Experience with social media content creation, influencer partnerships, or marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute co-branded sports marketing campaigns with the New York Mets — online, across social media, and onsite at Citi Field.
  • Support integrated marketing projects such as webinars, influencer programs, community events, and partnership initiatives.
  • Analyze fan and user engagement behavior to identify what drives interest and conversion across sports and finance audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Assist in developing creative assets and content for digital, social, and in-stadium activations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute ideas for influencer engagement, sports fan experiences, and cross-channel marketing opportunities.
