Bathrooms of Charleston is hiring a Junior Bathroom Installer to support our installation team on one-day bath systems and bathroom remodel projects . This role is perfect for someone with some hands-on construction or trade experience who wants to learn bathroom installation the right way -- with training, consistency, and room to grow.

Requirements

• Some experience in construction, remodeling, or skilled trades
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Comfortable working in customers' homes
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist with bath and shower installations
• Support demo, prep, and installation tasks
• Learn basic plumbing connections and waterproofing methods
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Work alongside experienced installers and leads
• Follow instructions, plans, and quality standards
