Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years remodeling or general carpentry experience
Strong understanding of residential construction best practices
Ability to lead a team and manage daily workflow
Skilled in framing, drywall, flooring, painting, trim, and general carpentry
Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
Good communication skills with clients and other team members
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
Precision and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Light plumbing or electrical experience
Tile installation
Cabinet installation
Past leadership or crew management experience
ServiceTitan or similar software knowledge

Responsibilities

Perform skilled carpentry, framing, drywall, finishing, cabinetry, flooring, and related remodel tasks
Lead small teams on-site and assist in training junior techs
Manage jobsite workflow, daily tasks, and materials
Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and team members
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites
Read blueprints, scopes of work, and material lists
Troubleshoot issues on-site and suggest solutions
Install fixtures, trim, doors, windows, and structural elements
Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and properly
Document job progress using company software
Uphold all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines
