About The Position

We’re Raindrop, a creative agency built for brands that want to stand out and create marketing that people love. We’re scrappy, sharp, and slightly obsessive (peep our prop closet). From breakout DTC legends like Dr. Squatch to household names like Native, we help brands grow, scale, and create IMPACT (boom pow). Our team punches above its weight because we hire people who care. About the craft, about our clients, about each other, and about making things we’re proud of. In this role, you’ll be bringing ideas to life alongside Copy, Social, and Production. From first concept to final frame, you’ll help shape the visual direction across photo and video shoots to ensure quality and accurately capture the creative vision. You’ll be hands-on in the work, contributing to ideas, building out worlds, and jumping on set to help make it all shine.
