About The Position

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in support of building design and production. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including governmental buildings such as courthouses and athletic facilities, educational facilities for K-12 and higher education, as well as healthcare facilities like hospitals.

Requirements

Minimum of 1+ years of architectural production experience.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong experience in architectural production and spatial/environmental design.
Exceptional design and technical abilities.
Strong sketching and freehand drawing skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver effective presentations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with municipal/public sector projects.
On track to obtain architectural licensure.
Ability to take projects from concept to completion.
Understanding of building construction and public works.

Responsibilities

Contribute to and supervise the production of design and contract documents for various building types.
Coordinate with staff to meet project goals, objectives, and schedules.
Assist in project management tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Manage relationships with design consultants, owner representatives, public officials, and review officials.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of project documents.
