As a Junior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), this position strengthens operational excellence by delivering forecasting, reporting, and analytical insights that guide decision‑making across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in data modeling, mining, and predictive analytics.
  • Proficiency with financial and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Oracle.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication capabilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with financial processes supporting software and services organizations.
  • Knowledge of labor rate methodologies or utilization modeling.
  • Exposure to operational dashboards or project management reporting.
  • Understanding of telecommunications or network automation technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with global cross‑functional teams.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Budget vs. Actual variance analysis for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) cost centers and present insights to management.
  • Manage and maintain cost center expense and headcount data within Anaplan.
  • Support enhancements to dashboards for Labor Utilization, Job Change Orders, and Vendor Purchase Orders.
  • Assign loaded labor rates and utilization targets for new resources within the delivery team.
  • Consolidate cost center reporting for Weekly Operations Reviews and monthly close packages.
  • Create purchase requisitions in Oracle and coordinate with resource management teams.
  • Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual planning activities across Operating Expenses, COGS, revenue, and bookings.
