Job Description We are looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer to join our platform team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, deep learning architectures, and data‑driven analytics. You will help shape next‑generation multimodal and autonomous AI capabilities that transform complex challenges into innovative solutions for mental health care providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
  • 3+ years of software development experience with strong Python proficiency.
  • Hands‑on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini) via APIs or open‑source implementations.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
  • Expertise using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Strong understanding of agent architectures and reasoning frameworks (e.g., ReAct).
  • Practical experience training ML/DL models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar cloud AI services.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for building advanced intelligent systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
  • Skills in model tuning, quantization, or optimization for deployment.
  • Exposure to microservices, Kubernetes, or GitOps.
  • Contributions to open‑source projects.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and maintain scalable AI applications using Python and modern ML frameworks.
  • Design multi‑step LLM‑powered workflows and autonomous agent systems using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Implement AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks independently.
  • Develop and optimize deep learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras, including feature engineering and fine-tuning.
  • Analyze complex datasets, extract insights, and build compelling visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Integrate AI models and agentic systems into existing data pipelines, APIs, and platform infrastructure.
  • Design and optimize SQL and PostgreSQL data storage for AI workflows.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver high‑impact AI features.
  • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, multimodal models, and emerging agent architectures.
