About The Position
AI is moving fast. Most teams know it’s powerful — but very few know how to actually use it. We’re looking for someone who can help bridge that gap. This role is about building AI-powered tools, automating workflows, and helping teams adopt agentic AI systems that solve real business problems. You’ll experiment with cutting-edge AI tools, build scrappy solutions quickly, and help teams integrate automation into their day-to-day work. If you enjoy building things fast, testing ideas, and helping others unlock the power of AI, this role is for you.
Requirements
- Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
- Comfortable working with APIs and integrations
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
- Curiosity about automation and emerging AI tooling
- Strong communication skills — ability to explain technical ideas simply
- A proactive mindset and ability to build practical solutions quickly
Nice To Haves
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- AI workflows, prompt engineering, or agentic systems
- Web scraping or data pipelines
- Experience helping teams adopt new tools or systems
- Junior candidates with strong curiosity and a solid technical foundation are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows
- Experiment with modern AI tools to automate real business processes
- Work closely with department leads to identify automation opportunities
- Prototype and test AI-powered workflows for marketing, SEO, operations, and analytics
- Connect AI tools with APIs, databases, and internal systems
- Help teams understand and adopt AI tools in their daily work
- Continuously iterate and improve automation systems
- Document workflows and share best practices across teams
