Requirements

Education: 2 year college associate degree
1 - 2 years of commercial construction experience in project accounting or project controls
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge of Payroll and General Ledger
Experience with Penta
Ability to read and interpret contract documents, work in progress reports, operating income statements, general ledger accounts, and balance sheets
Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and defined deadlines

Responsibilities

Monthly billing of all jobs (Internal and External ERP Systems)
Review and obtain all supplier lien waivers to match billing requirements
Maintain approval process of Subcontractor Invoices to meet client billing deadlines as well as lien waiver confirmations
Review, analyze, and post, Change Work Alerts, Change Orders, and Time and Material tickets into ERP System
Support project manager, project teams, accounting team, and office management with financial needs of the office as requested
Assist in job cost reporting as directed by the Controller
Assist in Accounts Receivable billings and collections
Perform weekly payroll functions
Attend and participate in all required company training
Promote and support all company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
