Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
- 4+ years of professional work experience (accounting or related experience preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data organization)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Nice To Haves
- NetSuite experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Reconcile credit card statements and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor and validate billing calculations for accuracy
- Prepare and assist with quarterly tax filings
- Enter and maintain general ledger journal entries
- Partner with third-party vendors to ensure contract rate accuracy
- Support financial reporting and expense analysis
- Assist the Director of Finance with ongoing projects and ad hoc request
