About The Position

Paradigm is searching for a Junior Accountant to support our accounting team with day -to -day financial operations. This entry -level role is ideal for someone with foundational accounting knowledge who is eager to learn and grow in a fast -paced environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (internship or coursework accepted).
• Basic understanding of GAAP principles.
• Familiarity with accounting software (SAP experience is a plus but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Assist with verifying, allocating, and posting accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Help reconcile account balances and bank statements
• Maintain accurate records in the general ledger
• Support month -end and year -end closing processes
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for review by senior staff
• Assist with payroll data entry and cost allocation
• Help document accounting procedures and workflows
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting team
