Position Summary We are seeking a Junior Accountant to work on-site. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the accounting field. You will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks to support the finance department. Note: This position requires in-office attendance; remote work is not available. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a preference for QuickBooks Online.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Support monthly closings and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain records and files and ensure effective internal controls.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Interact and communicate with external clients effectively.
  • Learn and utilize QuickBooks for accounting processes.
