The Junior Account Manager is responsible for contributing to and executing the management and strategic direction of our client driven business, ensuring customer needs are met or exceeded through excellent service, proactive communication, operational delivery, and leadership. Junior Account Managers are responsible for monitoring and proactively managing day-to-day client needs. Expectations further include maintenance of client service levels, on-boarding of new customers, and excellent issue resolution. Junior Account Managers communicate directly with external partners and clients while also driving opportunities to grow client business with management support. Our Valuations team members are focused on seamless communication between clients, independent field agents, and the Solidifi team.
